What is a spod?

A spod is a person who spends far too much time on the net, knows far too much about it, and tends to hang out on talkers.

A true spod will consider that they get enough light from their monitor so don't need the sunshine. Typified by hunched shoulders, pale skin, and bleary eyes, a spod can usually be found within hearing range of the "wake" beep from their computer.
